Our team of specialists will perform an Initial Analysis and detailed diagnosis of all existing operational processes, including workflows, resources used, and execution time to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement, and will include the following activities:

1 - Survey and analysis of documentation regarding internal processes, ongoing improvement plans, databases, KPIs, and others;

2 - Mapping and study of internal processes related to the client's executed work;

3 - Qualification and ranking of observed criticalities;

4 - Suggestion and bench testing (modeling and simulation) of corrective/preventive measures to be adopted;

5 - Preparation of plans, Roadmap, and training of internal (client) team to guide the implementation of suggested and approved actions;

6 - Evaluation of the adherence of the obtained results compared to the intended ones;

7 - Promotion of any necessary corrections;

8 - Re-analysis of the results after the execution of improvements/adjustments.

9 - Preparation and delivery of the final report, containing the description of activities, adopted methodology, obtained results, conclusions, and next steps (among others) related to the performed work.
